Top 10 Most Dangerous Criminals On The Run
The FBI’s ten most wanted fugitives list has been in existence since March 14, 1950. Since December 4, 2014, 504 fugitives have
been on the top ten list and 473 have been apprehended or located. So, let’s take a look at the top 10 most
dangerous criminals on the run. Starting us off in at number 10 is Luis Macedo. This criminal is wanted for his involvement
in the murder of a 15 year old boy in Chicago, Illinois on May 1, 2009. The victim was brutally beaten, shot and set
on fire by several Latin Kings street gang members because he refused to show them a
gang sign. Luis Macedo allegedly initiated the attack. He has been on the run for quite some time
now so hopefully the FBI can capture him. Glen Stewart Godwin makes it into number 9. He was initially wanted in 1987 for his escape
from Folsom State Prison in California, where he was serving a lengthy sentence for murder. Later in 1987, he was arrested on a charge
of drug trafficking in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. After being convicted, he was sent to prison
in Guadalajara. In April 1991, Godwin murdered a fellow inmate
and then he escaped five months later and has been on the run ever since. Bhadreshkumar Patel makes it onto this list
in at number 8. He is wanted by the FBI for brutally killing
his wife by stabbing her multiple times with a knife on April 12, 2015. He has been charged with first and second-degree
assault coupled with first and second-degree murder. The FBI has warned that he is to be considered
armed and extremely dangerous. Jason Derek Brown makes this list in at number
7. He is wanted for murder and armed robbery
in Phoenix Arizona on November 29, 2004. Brown allegedly shot and killed an armored
car guard outside of a movie theater and then fled with the money. He is also charged with unlawful flight to
avoid prosecution. The FBI is offering a reward of up to $200,000
for information leading to his capture. Fidel Urbina comes onto this list in at number
6. This man is currently wanted for beating and
raping a woman in March 1998. When he was out on bond, he also allegedly
beat, raped and strangled a second woman to death in October 1998. Her body was later found in the trunk of a
vehicle that had been burned. Both of these horrific crimes occurred in
Chicago, Illinois. The FBI is offering a $100,000 reward for
information to will help to lead to his arrest. Coming in at number 5 is Eduardo Ravelo. He was charged in Texas in 2008 for his involvement
in extortion, conspiracy to launder money and conspiracy to possess heroin, cocaine
and marijuana with the intent to distribute. His alleged criminal activities began in 2003. In March 2008, he became the leader of a gang
shortly after betraying his leader, stabbing him several times and shooting him in the
neck. It is believed that Ravelo and his gang members
are hitmen for a Mexican drug cartel and are responsible for multiple homicides, arson,
assault, auto theft, contract killing, extortion, kidnapping, prostitution and human and drug
trafficking. In at number 4 is Yaser Abdel Said. He is wanted for his alleged involvement in
the murders of his two teenage daughters. Said is a Muslim who is reported to have been
very controlling of his daughters and he had believed that his daughters had dishonored
the family by their refusal to adhere to conservative traditional cultural behaviour. So, on January 1, 2008 he lured them into
his taxicab and then proceeded to shoot them. Said is known to be carrying a weapon at all
times. Moving right along into our number 3 spot,
Robert William Fisher. Robert is wanted for allegedly killing his
wife and two young children and then blowing up the house in which they all lived in Arizona
back on April 2001. On that morning, his wife was shot in the
back of the head and the children’s throats were slashed from ear
to ear. According to the FBI, he is believed to be
in possession of several weapons including a high-powered riffle. William Bradford Bishop JR. earns his way
onto this list in at number 2. This man is wanted for allegedly bludgeoning
to death his 37-year-old wife, 68-year-old mother and three sons aged 5, 10 and 14. And these murders occurred in Bethesda, Maryland
on March 1, 1976. He then proceeded to transport their bodies
to North Carolina where he buried the bodies in a shallow grave and lit them on fire. Bishop reportedly had been under psychiatric
care in the past and had used medication for depression. He was described as intense and self-absorbed
prone to violent outbursts. I can’t believe that he has been missing
for over 40 years. Now at the top of this list in at Number 1
is Alexis Flores. He is wanted for his alleged involvement in
the kidnapping, rape and murder of a five year old girl in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The little girl was reported missing in late
July of 2000 and later found strangled to death in a nearby apartment in early August
of 2000. Flores was added to the FBI’s top ten most
wanted fugitives list on June 2, 2007 and there is a reward of up to $100,000 for information
