What we want to do is create a national program and the best way to do that is give incentives to states and localities to adopt these types of laws.     Some screwball kills people with a gun and the dummycrats automatically want to impose idiotic gun laws to law abiding people….why don't we really go after the problem, video games, rap music and lack of discipline in kids today!!!
