N. Korea to hold second parliamentary session of 2019

People’s Assembly at the regime’s rubber-stamp Parliament gathers in
Pyongyang today for the second time this year as it’s quite rare to see the North
hold a parliamentary session twice in one year there’s a swell of interest
among experts over what the North leadership will discuss and perhaps more
