I LOVE THESE PEPPERS, THEY’RE OUT OF THIS WORLD. THEY’RE ONLY AROUND FOR A FEW WEEKS AND THEN THEY GO BYE BYE, WE HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL NEXT YEAR. ROASTED, SAUTIED, NO MATTER HOW YOU LIKE TO COOK THEM, THE FLAVOR IS OUT OF THIS WORLD, BUT SELECTION AND STORAGE IS VERY IMPORTANT. WHEN YOU BUY THEM, NICE AND GREEN LIKE THIS ALL THE WAY AROUND. SOMETIMES THEY COULD HAVE A LITTLE BIT OF CURL AT THE END HERE, BUT THAT’S OKAY. JUST MAKE SURE THEY’RE FREE FROM ANY DECAYING WHATSOEVER AND THE STEM HAS TO BE ATTACHED AN ALSO NICE AND GREEN. WHEN YOU BRING THEM HOME, STORE THEM IN A COOL, DRY PLACE. ON THE GRILL THEY’RE GREAT WITH ROASTED OLIVE OIL, SALT AND PEPPER. YOU CAN SEED THEM IF YOU WANT TO, IF NOT, GET THE HEAT WITH THOSE SEEDS. EITHER WAY, YOU’RE GOING TO ENJOY THESE WONDERFUL HATCH CHILE PEPPERS. EVERY TIME THEY COME AROUND, I GET REALLY EXCITED ABOUT THESE.
