    This is a trick. They're trying to use DWI's as an excuse to be able to take blood samples from people.
    If anything this merits a boycott against Soto, Ferrari, and Maestas.
    Instead of targeting people who have a record of DWI, these bozos are fighting to target EVERYONE, which makes no rational sense.These people are literally advocating to take away what little freedom civilians have left.
